About CheckedHome

CheckedHome publishes official data about what it is actually like to live at an address, starting with the electricity: who delivers it, what it costs, and how often it goes out.

Realtors, listing sites, and the utilities themselves rarely surface this. The federal government already collects it, on Form EIA-861, but leaves it in spreadsheets. We turn those filings into a plain answer for any county, cite the source on every page, and add only arithmetic we label as ours.

CheckedHome is part of the Checked family, alongside CheckedCare, which does the same for child care and other places people trust. The shared standard across both: numbers and records, verbatim and cited, never ratings.
